Lagos Socialite Saved From Jumping Into Lagoon

Lagos lagoon Farida Sobowale, CEO of House of Phreedah Bodycare and Spa in Lagos and a socialite, attempted suicide by plunging into the Lagos Lagoon on Thursday. She was saved by good samaritans. Some passers-by, who were at the vicinity when she made the attempt, rushed over to grab her immediately. According to eyewitnesses, she drove her Lexus SUV to the precipice, got out, and was going to leap into the lagoon when the good Samaritans interfered and stopped her. The Lagos socialite was seen sobbing in a viral video as she was being detained by a group of people who prevented her from diving into the lagoon. Farida Sobowale Sobowale, who just two months ago had a spectacular wedding, is rumoured to have split up with her spouse a few days ago. This came after a heated argument and verbal fight on social media. Demola, her alleged spouse, is said to have left their house.

Kano State Government Launches Committee To Examine Employees of Ex Governor Ganduje
